A. Terms of Use

Welcome to Elegant Prom & Pageant, ElegantPromAndPageant.com, Expectations, Beyond Expectations, and/or its affiliates ("We", "Us", "Our", "Elegant Prom & Pageant"). We provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at our website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service or business (e.g., Your Profile, Gift Certificates, etc.) you also will be subject to the guidelines, policies, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business.

B. Order Processing

Upon completing your order online, you will receive an automatic email verifying your order has been received. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Upon your initial online order, we place an authorization hold for the full order amount on your credit. Your credit card is not charged until we confirm we can fulfill your order. New orders will be confirmed and processed within 24-72 business hours. Otherwise, the credit card authorization hold will be removed and your order will be cancelled upon notification.

Items in stock usually ship on the next business day. If we need to order the item directly from a third party manufacturer, we will notify you of the expected ship date and your shipping method will take place from that date. If your item is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it directly from the manufacturer, we will notify you and give you other options to choose from or cancel your order at no charge.

Lastly, you will be sent a shipped email with a tracking number for your package. It is important to note that shipping takes place from the date we have your item ready, not from the date you place the order.

C. Shipping

Ground shipping within the Continental United States is free for all orders of $150 or more. Other shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, quantities and weight. International shipping is done through FedEx. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, or any other charges related to international shipping.Some orders can be more than charged during the online payment process and in those instances we will let you know of any additional shipping charges before we send your order.

Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 24-72 business hours. It is important to note that shipping takes place from the date we confirm your item is ready for shipping, not from the date you place the order. Items in stock usually ship on the next business day. Special orders will require additional time to receive based upon availability.

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. A tracking number is usually sent to your email address once the product has shipped. If you have questions concerning shipping, please contact us.

D. No Returns 

DUE TO THE SPECIALTY NATURE OF THE DRESS BUSINESS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS!

As is the policy with most stores like ours, most of the items shown on our website are specially ordered directly from the manufacturer upon receiving your online order. Therefore, there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if we can not get the item your have ordered to you in a reasonable time frame, we will not confirm the order and you will never be charged. Once your order has been received and confirmed by us, you will not be able to cancel that order.

E. Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. If you would like to make other payment arrangements please contact us for instructions on sending a money order. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Mississippi sales tax will be added, where applicable, only on goods shipping within the State of Mississippi. The customer is responsible for any additional custom duty and/or value added tax (VAT) when items are received outside of the United States

F. Money Orders & Checks

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

G. Taxes

We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Mississippi sales tax will be added, where applicable, only on goods shipping within the State of Mississippi. The customer is responsible for any additional custom duty and/or value added tax (VAT) when items are received outside of the United States.

H. Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Although we do sell products for children, we only sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

I. Descriptions, Pricing & Typographical Errors

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, pictures or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
